You aren't going to like the price.

You're best bet is going to be used from a junkyard. They're available from many sources. My favorite (just because it's fun to go there) is Vines Automotive in Bessemer, AL, but there are dozens of BMW-specific wrecking yards to chose from.

By the way....if you wrecked bad enough to bend that arm, I'll GUARANTEE YOU it did more damage than that. That arm is one sturdy piece of kit. At minimum you've got a ruined CV axle.
