Yeh my secondary air pipe was broken which was causing the rough idling every morning when I would start my car for atleast 3-5 minutes, I cant remember the code exactly, I think it was p0491, p0492 and p0431 or something like that lol
Now I dont get a rough idle in the morning 
Below is a picture which shows where it actually broke off from (not my picture, someone elses picture who had the same problem and fault codes). you can see on the second picture where it actually breaks off from, funny how BMW use such cheap parts on their flagship car 
Not only that, the T connectors on their hoses actually DISSINTIGRATE which makes you wonder 'WHAT THE F***K'
