Dan,
Doing it now. About 2 hours into it. Pretty straightforward, except the alt removal. It has an air duct on it that can only be removed from below. I prob have another 2 hours to go.
Just a lot of stuff to R+R. I replaced the vanos oil feed hose while I was in there, and both belts. The tensioner and idler are new.
