BMW tools for ****** RTAB, FCAB, vanos/timing, peake tools, shim kits, etc.
I’ve accumulated several BMW tools over the years from owning several BMWs and I’m offering them to loan. They’re a rip off to buy for a one time use, so here’s an opportunity to get the job done with the right tool.
-Vanos/timing tools
-RTAB (rear trailing arm bushing) tool
-FCAB (Front control arm bushing) tool
-Peake SRS tool
-Peake scan tool
-e46 M3 valve adjustment kit (shims, pick up tool, micrometer, 32m wrench)
The details of each tool are listed below
-RTAB tool. Loan includes both the removal tool as well as the installer tool. $25 outgoing shipping/handling. You are responsible for return shipping. $100 fully refundable deposit required in case of damage.
-FCAB tool. Loan includes both the removal tool as well as the installer tool. $25 outgoing shipping/handling for 7 day loan once tool arrives. You are responsible for return shipping. $120 fully refundable deposit required in case of damage.
Works on: e30, e36, e46 as well as 60mm on earlier 323 & 328 models.
-FCAB Lollypop Tool. This tool allows you to remove and reinstall the FCAB into the lollypop/bushing carrier without the use of a 6 ton shop press. Loan includes both the removal tool as well as the installer tool. $25 outgoing shipping/handling for 7 day loan once tool arrives. You are responsible for return shipping. $100 fully refundable deposit required in case of damage. Works on:
E30, E36, E46 (60mm only on 323/328/M3, and Z3 lollypops.
-Vanos/timing tools: See picture for specific engine applications. Loan includes camshaft locking block, sprocket turner, crankshaft lock pin, camshaft tensioner lock pin. $25 outgoing shipping/handling for 7 day loan once tool arrives. You are responsible for return shipping. $120 refundable deposit required in case of damage.
-The other Vanos tools (32 mm open wrench, fan clutch holder, & 17/18 MM modified sockets are available for an extra $10 shippping/handling (requires the next size larger flat rate shipping box). No additional deposit required if loaned with other tools.

-E46 Rear Differential Bushing Tool: $25 outgoing shipping/handling for 7 day loan once tool arrives + $100 fully refundable deposit. For non-M vehicles only. This tool allows removal and installation of the bushing. You are responsible for return shipping.
-Peake R5/FX-3 (scanner & reset tool): $25 outgoing shipping/handling for 7 day loan once tool arrives + $130 fully refundable deposit. You are responsible for return shipping.

-AB03 Adapter: Comes with the loan with one of the above loans. Allows use of above tools with older style under hood connection.
-e46 M3 adjustment kit: $50 outgoing insured shipping/handling for 7 day loan once tool arrives + $550 fully refundable deposit. You must replace shims with OEM units from the dealer prior to sending it back. You are responsible for return shipping (around $15 with insurance). If you only want the shim kit and pick up tool, subtract $10 from the shipping/handling cost & subtract $150 from the deposit.
