I did make a couple of changes from the deal presented. I am using the BMW App credit of $700 to offset the acquisition fee of $725 and will lower my monthly payment by $21. No sense in paying sales tax and interest on the acquisition fee. Final monthly payment of $1,183.88 ($1,101.28 + $82.60 taxes).

I found a website with a nice lease calculator that helped with some “what if” scenarios. Running though those scenarios enabled me a much better negotiating position.
