Doesn't sound too bad. It's going on his insurance anyway so I don't care. Dude crossed 4 solid yellow lines in that turn attempt. When I close the rear door the soft touch mechanism makes some kind of crunching sound as it pulls it shut so who knows what's going on inside there. I'm going out of town Tuesday so maybe they'll be able to finish it during the week I'm gone
