Good list Josh, but OP's car doesn’t have a distributor or wires, so the recommendation there would be coils instead (they realistically last 100k miles without difficulty). Also, the timing chain is not a maintenance item. If it was a belt, then yes, it would need to be changed at regular intervals (as on the M20), but the timing belt rarely breaks. We had a member on the Fest have one break, but it is very rare.
