$45K to $48K should be about right for a CPO'd X5 depending on the options (no options = $45K). Miles also matter but the reality is that you can order EXACTLY what you want for $10K off the MSRP. That puts most new ones between $53K & $60K before any "out the door" add ons like tax & title. Since you can buy a 'well equipped" new one for $55K, you have to save AT LEAST $5K to make it worth it. If you are low-balling below that you won't have to worry about the drive because they won't accept it anyway.
