Maybe he moved; it's been several years. First year E90 is what we were looking for IIRC. Likely he matured a bit and moved elsewhere to start fresh - he was very young when we encountered him and probably didn't think about repeat business or how small this town is - many cars guys know each other and word soon spreads. Lots of people PM'd me with similar stories back then. Over the years I've bought twenty-seven vehicles and had some bad experiences; that's the only one no where near forgotten.
