On my F10 I have the JBSpeed lip which was around $185, if this one is the same quality it's a slam dunk. I will also chime in and say that a lot of E46 owners have used these aftermarket lips for years with no problems with paint quality. I have one on my E46 that has been on since 2008 and the paint looks great still with no chipping.
