Mein Auto: BMW X5 35i
I have 2013 BMW X5 M-Sport package. Same problem with it. There is a section where the gap between the top of the rear bumper and the tailgate is not even. I noticed it the first time I washed. Upon further inspection I notice that section of the bumper could be pushed down. Took it to the dealer, they told me this is a common problem due to that section of the bumper being soft"er" plastic. I was told they could heat the top of the bumper and make it lie flat, but that over time with the heat in South Texas it would just crease up again. I get frustrated because as I drive around I see vehicles that cost about $40k less that have perfect gaps between the top of their bumpers and tailgate...
