It's legal here. You just need a medical card, many collectives have doctors on site.
I can tell you how it will play out though, it will fizzle faster than California's did. Federal attorneys are coming in here and seizing not only assets belonging to distributors and collectives, but also real property being used by them even if they don't own it. So if you own a retail building and one of your tenants is a collective, they are directing you to evict the collective immediately or they'll size the whole property. Banks are federally regulated so most of us, including mine, do not bank pot clubs. Finally, most cities that allowed it like SJ, Oak, and LA are now going back and revoking the permits.
The whole industry is being pushed back underground in a hurry.
Personally, I don't care, never touched it. But, I'd rather it be legal and regulated and taxed like hell.
