How bad are your vano seals and shift pins? Unless they are really bad, I'd go suspension, vanos, and then shift pins.
I did the vano seals at 122k and TC Kline SA coilovers at 96k. SA's are a transformational change. Both ride and handling are greatly improved. By far the biggest bang for mod I've done.
The vanos seals were a solid improvement, well worth the money, but not a transformational change.
Fortunately, my shift pins are tolerable. Just need to shift slowly and carefully until the transmission oil is warmed up.
