Agreed -- but this strategy that BMW has does have consequences. Stuff like this makes me and Im sure others NOT want to buy another BMW. Someone in this thread mentioned BMW North America was rude when contacted -- I find that utterly disappointing.
I havent looked at Audi in 10 years but did you notice the Audi sales numbers ?
