Thanks for the link. I will do this on weekend. Also just want to make sure that I am using the right graphite lubricant; Here is what I got from Canadian tire.

Also please see the picture. Only concern with this spray I had that it spilled down to the paint and looks like it did not stay there. Should I use other one which comes like paste so that it will stay there?
