If you have not done so, check your sales tax law on trade in credits. Some States, such as Vermont, where I live, allow a trade in credit (refund) against the new car sales tax if you sell your used car within 90 days of registering the new one; so you can get the same net tax benefit without an actual trade in.

Yes the prices i inlcuded where from the bmwconfig site, it included a Training service for $180, I am assuming that is the training fee you are referring to.
What are the maco fees and what do they usually run?
