Stripped Screws on MAF

Hello everyone,

I am in a bit of a dilemma. My friend was cleaning his MAF today on his e46 M3. So since he bought the cleaner i'm like lets clean mine too. I proceeded to remove the MAF electrical connector, then i thought let me unscrew the remaining maf from the air duct.

I borrowed the tx20 bit from my friend and tried turning the screws. They did not budge, i thought maybe i require a different size bit but nope. I finally cleaned some dirt, and noticed that both screws are stripped.

I removed the maf from the duct going to the engine, and by removing the upper air box housing but still could not remove the sensor from the housing. The tx20 screws would not come out.

Is there any way I can get these out, it is driving me nuts.

My OCD nature will not let me stop until I get them out.
