If the car has made it to 90K with no obvious engine or transmission problems, the 1200-mile service shouldn't matter. As long as it has been serviced regularly over its life, it should be about where any other 90K M3 would be mechanically.
Do you mean the wheels are curb rashed? Curbed tires would have a bubble in the sidewall and be dangerous to drive on.
