Fruit smoothies time....
Recipe 1:
1 orange, peeled, quartered.
1 glass (regular mug size, 12 oz) of frozen fruit mix [strawberries, pineapple, peach, grapes, mango] (this one. I buy the 6lbs bag from BJ's/Costco type store http://www.dole.com/EatRightLanding/...contentid=1382)
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blackberries (or frozen blackberry pulped/puree)
1 small handful (1/3 measuring cup) raisins
1/4 cup hazelnut (you can replace with any type of nuts you have)
1 cup cold water (if you omit the water, you will make a nice sorbet.)
Load the mixing container in this order and blend on high for 30 seconds until everything is very smooth. Done.
