Mein Auto: 2011 335D Msport
So, the 6 cylinder is moving upline to the 5 series. The massive torque will only be available in a likely $65,000 vehicle now. They will likely get much more sales volume from the 320i. The 5 series with diesel and AWD will be pricey but unique. I know there are lots of 5 series people feelng like their prayers have finally been answered. I'm curious if the BMW marketing thought is someone who can afford a 5 won't be shy about kicking in the extra $2700 for the diesel as compared to someone not thinking the extra coin above and beyond a 335i for a 335D is worth it. These are exciting times for us diesel enthusiasts..... finally. I know ... we will be crying for a manual trans now.
