I am not sure about 866. That is for Chinese Language, but it is not the same as a Country Controller code like one of the 8Lx codes (e.g. S8LHA Country controller for Hong Kong).

my real vin VO for:
609,676,6nk,6vc (star from 6)
and i have National version China: L8AA. remove this one?
Zeitkriterium=0411 ,this one need to change?
