You and the OP are talking about two different date ranges.
His question was date from start of production. Your question is from date of order placement.
It typically takes a week to build, a week to get on a boat, a week on the water (to NJ Port), a week to clear customs and get prepped.
Add two weeks for California. Add 10 days for South Africa.
