It's all good - get all the options you can afford. Comfort access is very popular, for instance.
However, with family in Sturgeon Falls, I can say with authority that in your case, heated seats and steering wheel are highly desirable.
Forget a dipstick heater. I won't even say why, just forget it. Search on same if you must.
