My every day bourbon is Basil Hayden - just love it more than most others... scotch, love the peaty tones of Laphroaig.

Rum - we're having a major rum-fest lately since visiting St. Croix for vacation - and we *LOVE* Cruxan rum - it's REALLY smooth and is pretty much a zero-hangover spirit - first time I've found a rum that doesn't make me pay in the morning for imbibing the night before....

Tequila - got a bit of a thing for Corzo Silver... super smooth - again, no hangover without going super-crazy on the bottle.

On a bit of a low carb diet kick at the moment, so I'm going to be making Cruzan 9 rum + coconut water tonight... it's pretty low-carb and as spiced rums go, the Cruzan 9 is heavy on vanilla - it's yummy...
