Problem it would be if checking all those, and it wasn't one of those causing the sound.

That's why I am trying to nip this in the bud ASAP. If it is a transmission problem, the dealership and I will be "going to the mattresses" 
If it is a driveshaft problem, I will probably save myself the trouble and just fix the thing properly
