There is some problems related to the high flow fuel pumps. Many of the cars have already had the updated fuel pump and new fuel injectors. From my understanding, they try a new software update, replace the fuel pump and then replace the fuel injectors. Once you have had all three things done, there is usually no longer any fueling issues.

When I was looking to buy a 135i, that is one thing I would check out, call the dealer with the vin# and see if the car had been updated with the new pump. I found out that my car had a new updated fuel pump, new fuel injectors and the new updated software to go with it. I have had no issues yet, but that is something to always be aware of with a turbo charged engine. You definitely need good fuel pressure !
