Our 2012 diesel has been perfection. It was the first 2012 diesel reportedly sold in the US on this site and xoutpost (AFAIK)...

the 9 and 10 had a lot of issues, some cars were fine, but others just a litany of issues. In my experience, looking at posts, I'm feeling the diesel issues have been addressed.
