You've never been pulled over for anything in the past 10 years otherwise you would definitely get a ticket for not having a front license plate in NJ. I received a ticket for having a clear plastic lens cover over my license plates- NJ is tough on these sorts of things. With the illegal tinting and no front license plate I strongly recommend you never speed.
