M3Dragon, this looks like a very cool trip! I want to go visit my brother in Montana via Yellowstone form So Cal, about 1300 miles one way. I am not sure I would make this trip, but you never know (about to be furloughed), but that may be a good reason to get away. On my way north soon and if weather permits, through Yosemite and the twisties I see you are in Sacramento, their are great places to drive there too. Hwy 49 and the back hills? Little towns? I hope things go well and you get a good turn out. I'll keep checking back.
