It sounds like a great outcome for you. I was sad on your behalf when I read your above post about the damage, but I was thinking that in the end BMW would make you whole. They've treated me very, very well over the years especially with any problems I've had and been upfront with me that at their kind of price point it is a lot harder to find a new customer than keep a loyal one. It was hard to believe they'd leave you hanging as a dissatisfied customer. Congrats on a great deal.
