If you can get the car started...turn on the radio and headlights, then reach over and pull down the passenger sun visor and open the cover to the mirror. If a bunch of odd electrical things occur (interior lights come on, steering wheel moves on its own, radio turns off, etc)...then the issue may be your ignition switch.

Not saying this IS the culprit...but a failing ignition switch can cause a lot of weird the test to see if you can initiate any electrical weirdness.
