+1 it is mostly automated and setup the same in the US as Germany - works have very little to do with the equation anymore. Only thing that might make a difference would be the suppliers and their quality control of some things, like seats etc that are shipped in. Engines are all still made in Germany and the engine is the only component that uses a lot of human labor.
