If you can get more than 7% off of list you did well. 6.5 is the average (from my experience). Do the numbers that way and see how good it looks.

I rode in a 3.5L at the UDE the other day and was a fan. I configured it to about 58K and my local dealer says he can do $200 over on an ordered car for Sept/Oct before Ultimate Driving Event credit and owner loyalty. That puts me $1,300 under invoice.
I have been told that for July, base LRF is .00127 and 55% residual for 36/15K lease.
