Sounds like a decent price - about what I got in March, with incentives I ended up at $1500 under invoice (I pade $250 over plus incentives), so $200 over is great. Residual and money factor are what they are, my 2011 X5 was 57% residual on 15k miles per year which was awesome, but the 2014 doesn't seem to get over 55% - 2013's where 57% back in March.

If you have some cash around you can live without for a few years, the multiple security deposits (up to 8) will get the money factor down quite a bit and save you more money than you will make in interest on the money in a bank for 3 years.
