Run flats are no difference than conventional tires except for the sidewall. It can be patch if the puncture is not too close to the sidewall. If you drive on the runflat with no air for a long period of time, the sidewall will be compromised, then it needs to be replace.
OMG!!! I didn't know... I thought I did my homework... Cuz even the guy from tire shop told me its not repairable either... I guess they all want to make money of me.
