According to that website including MACO and Training $42,390.

Never heard of the MACO and Training thing before. So we have to put this into consideration if it's a U.S entry correct? And the rates vary from different states or regions in the U.S?

Also this website would it be concidered the most accurte source of information when it comes to pricing?
