I took the module from a new facelift car and i install it to non facelift module. I try to encode it with the original bmw software but no luck.
Can you give me more help please?
I have change the inputs.
Pin 1 the left headlight, from Pin 50 to pin 13 (FRM)
pin 2 as it is
pin 3 as it is
pin 4 to pin 7 of the headlight
pin 5 as it is
pin 10 to pin 8 of the headlight
pin 9 to k-canH
and installe new wire to pin 10 for k-canL
i`am in my f01 install LCI LED lamps and NBT-LCI navi system.
if you wont to add only led lamps you need ECU with optic
if you wont to add LCI LED and LCI NAVI you need ECU w/o optical output
for the taillights you dont need any block, just plug&play, but for headlights you need a facelift FRM3 and ZGV module with optic 451. for ZGV 449 you need Hu_NBT and CAS4 too
Hey AA9999, a bit off topic but do you know anyone in Europe that can get the LCI kidney grille? The part #'s on realoem.com are for the night vision grille which is from the 2012 model.
Nope, that's the night vision grille which is from the pre-LCI. I ordered the same grille as you because those were the part #'s listed on realoem.com for the 2013 grilles but it turns out that the LCI grille part #'s aren't listed yet and the 2013 model is using the same night vision grille. Here's a picture my friend snapped who's looking into the grilles, the bottom grille is the one listed on realoem.com as the 2013 grille and same the ones I ordered and top picture of course is the actual LCI grille, you can tell the LCI grille is much more thicker.
