Why the conflict between the convenience package and navigation?

I'd like both the Convenience Package and factory-installed navigation.

Will MINI solve the apparent conflict?

I don't care about "MINI Connect," but would really like the other two.

There is a convenience package code your MA can use when ordering connected or nav. It's a bit cheaper.

Why the conflict

Thanks...

So...if I understand your response, it is in fact possible to get both the convenience package and built in navigation (as opposed to the $400 or so removable navigation unit).

By any chance, do you know the code identifier you're referring to? There are times when people such as yourself know more about a given product and what can or cannot be ordered than do the sales folks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, but if you don't have that information, I appreciate your having taken your time to post.
