Not only will it tell you step by step how to do this (as it has been covered no less than 50 times) but will also tell you as alluded to above, why it is a bad idea.
It definitely does not make any practical sense to remove your fan, and is making an already extremely weak cooling system even weaker.
And if your fan clutch bearing has "lost a couple balls", I wouldn't even drive the car like that. If it gives out while the engine is on, it could send the fan flying into the radiator, hood, hoses, etc, thus making a $30 & 15 minute repair much more costly.
Also to the OP (that's you JDMdudewhatever) the clutch fan weighs so little that you will get NO extra power by removing it. The electronic fan is meant to supplement the belt driven one, and not perform the whole duty. Our engines are very susceptible to overheating, and once you do you'll either wreck the head which is bookoo dollars or you'll blow the head gasket which is nearly as expensive to repair if you can't do it yourself. So to save yourself money in the long run, not to mention the brand new radiator you're probably planning to install, replace the damn fan and fan clutch
i searched it for you and took LESS than 5 minutes

Sounds like your fan clutch is failing and you should replace the fan blades and clutch.
This sounds like a recipe to the exploding e36 fan.
I've choose do a FDM and replacement electric fan / switch is costly mod but good for people that have poor maintenance.
So far 2 years no problems.
When you do the FDM you are deleting a relatively reliable belt driven fan that was designed to run all the time and do the primary cooling and substituting the auxiliary fan that was designed to run only as a back up to the belt driven fan or when your AC is on and you are stationary. Your aux fan is likely as old as your car and once it becomes the primary cooling source it dies pretty quickly and the cheapest replacement is about $200 bucks.
