Clicking after water pump replacement

I just did a DIY water pump replacement on my 2003 X5 4.4i. While in there replaced the a/c belt, and the thermostat. Cleared the codes so that the therm gauge wouldn't read in the red automatically anymore, but now there is a clicking in the engine compartment that gets faster with acceleration. Any ideas what this might be? A tension pulley? Fan Clutch? I am at a loss. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Possible.

Tensioners and idlers are good for about 80k miles. How many miles on it?
