hahahaha I laugh every time i hear that guy . . he sounds like he just saw a ghost . . but yeah Im nott 100% sure thats a stock exuast because i dont have an m5 YET. . . BUT I have seen them on the streets . . and it seems to me thats that is how it sounds.. .Even if it did have an Exuast . . It doesn't modify the sound that much . . I've heard em at least 3 times! And thats an m5!

I own an 2000 M5 and that is not how the stock sound of the car is. It is a lot weaker than that. That car was definately moded out!

hahahahahah I swear . . that guy!!! whenever i need a laugh . . this guy is like SOO amazed by the m5 . . its great but yeah anyway . . im pretty sure its a stock exuast . . ive heard it before . . As magazines say it sounds weak in low rpm . . BUT this guy driving this m5 is letting the car linger in first gear (high RPM) . . I do that in my 330ci sometimes just because i like the sound of the lingering RPM's

That sounds like the stock exhaust to me if he had it floored. The stock is pretty quiet except under F.T. Then it sounds absolutely crazy if you have anything around to reflect the sound (buildings, in a tunnel, under a bridge etc...). With my resonator out, I get more sound at the lower RPM's but up high it's very similar.

Stock?? That is an M5 with Eisenmann Race Performance exhaust. I have heard the Eisenmann on the E60 M5 about a hundred times.

No doubt about it...it is and E50 V10 with an Eisenman "Race" version. I have that very set-up and it does not sound even close to the stock system.
