actually it was a piece of cake the section with the text on it is seperate from the actuall arm/mechanism
if you look closely the side with the arrows on it stays put, just the end cap with text is replaced. andym gave me a good idea of how its removed as far as install line it up and push it on and your done ohh also while gently prying up and out gently move end cap up and down as your pulling it off i was a little scared of this at first but i did mine with out a scratch or anything
sorry for my crude paint program but its the best i could do my arrow looks alittle sad but i tried
