I would go for the AMG because M5 have a lot of issues. and the replacement parts are expensive

|
Cls55 also has alot of problems like the supercharger pullys and bearings always going bad and that's besides fixing the hydraulic suspension Mercedes always has issues with which you have to get serviced every 60k miles which cost about $1200 -2000.
