Run a search on Sevas wheels. They fall apart & are very dangerous. Many threads available w/ search on the Sevas issues.

Can't tell by the pics, but, is your door "chrome" trim fading like mine? Mine looks more like white rusted aluminum at this point, maybe its all the car washing, I dunno, but it's ugly. I'm going to "black it out" with with vinyl tape and see how it looks. should also be better than the Sport model black trim----that paint looks like a rainbow oil sheen in the sun. I'm waiting on tires to put my 22" DaVini's back on so I'll update "my garage" in a few weeks. Anyway....nice ride!

yep, sorry... meant for the black one but you have the same wheels...awesome!! Looks like you have E66 so they may have fixed the problem with the trim. Mines an 04 and I had the same problem on my 02 with the trim turning to crap in a few years. Replaced under warranty which the dealer said BMW will do ONCE. I think the car wash has something to do with it, but, I'm going to use the vinyl tape to black it all out at this point.
