Has anyone pre-ordered the dvd? If so, have you received the dvd yet? I pre-ordered mine right after Bimmerfest (in May) and I still haven't received it. (Last I heard it was supposed to go out in August.) Any news on when it's coming out?

I pre-ordered a copy right after Bimmerfest as well. I've also been wondering, for the past few months, the status of the DVD, but they don't seem to be getting back to anyone. A buddy of mine also emailed J&B and have yet to receive a response.

How difficult is it to let people know the status instead of leaving us in the dark about it?

i read somewhere that his laptop was stolen along with most of the footage... i hope this is not true

I am very sorry for not updating everyone, we have sent out emails explaining you will be getting a full refund. And I hate to break it to you, we didn't even get close to 100 orders for the DVD (one of the many reasons the DVD is going to be offered as a FREE digital download).
