06 325xi right low beam headlight keeps blowing out?

06 325xi right low beam headlight keeps blowing out? I have replaced this bulb over and over again, has anyone else had this problem? It is getting frustrating! Yes, I have been VERY careful whern replacing the bulbs. I read somewhere that Sylvania bulbs maybe the culprit "cheap".

check for corrosion in the socket. may also be a bad ground.

I'm having the same issue with my 2008 x3. Did you find the issue? I don't recall seeing any corrosion at the connector.

That would be unusual. Check volts 'n' amps. In spec?

If not familiar w/electrical troubleshooting, best left to an experienced hand.

Any flicker?

There was a SIB to replace the bulbs with Philips H8 AR longlife bulb P/N 07 11 9 906 503

if you have the xenon headlights, its the ballast that went bad if the D1S keeps burning out.

Make sure you dont touch the bulb with your bare hand. Other than that, you might have some electrical issues with your car.
