740 speaker problem

Hi to all
I have BMW 740i sport very beautiful and powerful .
The issue I have it's the speakers the only side working is the right side when the valium high and when it's low all of them working !!!!!
I went to many Audi shop And they start guessing , amplifier and the other said the speaker and the other said the navi ??????
And I can't find right answer !!!!
I have the navi with the small screen and female sound for the navi
Plz help me to find the answer !!!!!
