Unhappy '86 535i Radio Issues

I have been having issues with my radio for a while. It used to work and all of a sudden the antenna doesn't come up and the radio doesnt turn on. I've replaced the fuse underneath the hood 3 times with new one's and still nothing. Is there another place that i should check? Its the same radio the was made with, and the code is the original code to the radio.

Carefully look at the accessory wires comoing off the battery terminals. Sometimes these corrode inside the terminals and insulation where you can't easily see it. Check to see if you have voltage at the fuse. Then check if you have voltage at the connector to the radio. A Bentley's Manual will have all the color codes and wiring diagrams you need. All the electrical connections on the old cars are suspect and my guess is that's your problem.
