yes it takes quite a awhile to get a reply, if you ever do at all., you could call em though

Would you say 3 months of waiting is long enough? That I won't be getting an answer soon?
 If they have an email address, don't they feel obligated to answer the mail? Why post an address? As far as phoning them, I hate waiting on the phone and listening to "your call is very important to us; all reps are busy with other clients; your call will be answered in the order it was received; over and over again.
