1977 320i Rubber seals

The rubber-seals for the hood, trunk, windows and even sunroof of my 320i have become old, cracking and are leaking pretty bad. I had a shop call around for them, but no luck. Does anyone know where I can find replacements? Can they be replaced with just normal rubber seals? If anyone has any ideas, it would be very helpful.

For Penske... They were able to get me a factory part (driver's seat trim piece) that the dealers were unwilling to try on.
